His fan page (www.Facebook.com/HolaMartin) has over 45,000 likes and a lot of engagement from fans so it seems odd that this would not register. Please advise.

Klout properly linked to my brand page, but for some reason on the app my personal info keeps showing up. Any fixes for this bug?

It’s just a ‘blame the system’ answer. Like many people, I run a Facebook brand page but I also use my personal Facebook account in support of that – to follow the activities of other brand pages, exchange with other brand pages and other people using their personal facebook profile in the same way as I do – and much more. That means that both the Facebook page and my personal profile are indicators of my influence. I’d accept that this is currently the case but I would like to know that you would consider changing it – along with adding Google+ pages, Pinterest and much more, of course !
