“Influence” is arbitrary. Klout provides 3 “Measures” (Network, Amplification, True Reach). Yet even those measures seem to be arbitrary. How is it that a friend (@JTlee03:disqus ) who has 58 followers has a true reach of over 300? And please don’t feed me with “Facebook friends” as the answer. If you are engaging with a few friends all the time on Facebook that doesn’t make you “Influential” it makes you a normal Facebook user.

58 followers and a Klout score of 47? versus 632 followers and a Klout score of 41?

The same EXACT habits that over the past 2 years caused my score to climb, now cause it to drop rapidly?

    Something doesn’t add up.

If you’re going to tout “Transparency” and offer none of it. Why should I continue to use your service?
